  • This program includes 5 total sessions over 2 months. In addition to our scheduled calls, you’ll have unlimited weekday messaging access to me for questions, quick check-ins, and celebrating wins so you feel supported and on track every step of the way.

    This comprehensive program is designed to guide you through a sustainable, bio-individual healing journey, focusing on foundational aspects of health: digestion, nutrient-dense diet, sleep, stress management, and blood sugar regulation. You’ll receive ongoing support and personalized adjustments every step of the way to ensure your wellness plan fits your unique body and lifestyle.

    Program structure:

    Month 1:

    We begin with the Recommendations Session, where we review your personalized wellness plan together, discuss tailored nutrition and lifestyle strategies, and ensure the plan fits your unique needs. Following that, you’ll have two weekly Support Sessions to provide focused guidance, track progress, and make any adjustments as you implement your plan.

    Month 2:

    By this stage, the focus shifts to sustainability. You’ll have one Support Session to refine your progress and reinforce what’s working. Finishing with, a final Transition Session to celebrate your progress, reflect on your health journey, and collaboratively plan your next steps, whether that means continued support, maintenance, or confidently moving forward on your own. 

    Each session is a collaborative space designed to meet you where you are, ensuring your plan feels manageable, aligned, and empowering. This program prioritizes sustainable change and helps you build lasting wellness grounded in self-trust and your body’s unique needs.

  • Discovery Call

    This 30 minute free discovery call is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll explore your main health concerns, what’s currently feeling out of balance, and why you’re seeking support. I’ll also share more about how I work and answer any questions you have. This call is not a coaching session, but rather a chance for us to see if we’re a good fit to work together. My goal is to understand your needs and determine if my approach is the right match for your healing journey.

  • Initial Consultation

    Before our session, you’ll complete a detailed intake form covering your health history, lifestyle, and symptoms. During our 90 minute consultation, we’ll have an in-depth conversation about your nutrition, digestion, stress, sleep, and overall wellbeing.

    This process sets the foundation for us to build a personalized, sustainable plan that supports your long-term health. It’s not about quick fixes, it’s about creating a strategy that evolves with you, helps you reconnect with your body, and supports lasting change over time.

    It also serves as an opportunity to experience my approach and ensure it aligns with your needs and goals before moving forward with a program.

  • Recommendations Session

    In this 60 minute session, we’ll walk through your personalized wellness plan, a clear, bio-individual strategy built from everything we uncovered during your initial consultation.

    This is a collaborative space, not a prescription. I’ll offer tailored nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement suggestions designed to support your body’s healing. Together, we’ll explore what feels like too much, too little, or just right, making sure the plan meets you exactly where you are in your journey, so it feels supportive, manageable, and empowering.

    You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of what’s going on in your body and a sustainable, aligned roadmap to move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

  • Support Sessions

    During these 30 minute sessions, we’ll check in on your progress, explore what’s feeling supportive, and identify what may need adjusting. This is a collaborative space to reflect, troubleshoot, and refine your plan so it continues to align with your body’s needs and your long-term goals. Each session builds on the last to help you move forward with more clarity, confidence, and consistency.

  • Transition Session

    This final 45 minute session is a chance to celebrate your progress and reflect on the transformation you’ve made. Together, we’ll review what’s been effective and where you may still want support. We’ll then collaborate on a personalized plan for your next steps, whether that’s continuing with another program, moving into maintenance, or taking a break. This session is about honoring your journey and renewing your commitment to long-term wellness.
